The Vacu Vin Wine saver system is the perfect way to keep your opened bottle of wine drinkable for as long as possible. Of course it won't perform miracles, but the results are far superior to simply sticking the cork back in the bottle until you're ready to drink the rest. Forget the "gas method" or having to finish the bottle! It's so easy to use and much easier than trying to get the cork back in and then getting it back out without a corkscrew. Just pop it in and out as many times as it takes to finish the bottle, and just give it a few pumps each time you put it away. I love a glass of good wine with dinner... OK, sometimes two. Much to my doctor's relief, I don't drink a whole bottle at one sitting. To save the leftover wine, I use the Vacu-vin system. It's extremely affordable, the toppers are reusable, and it's much more convenient than some of the higher priced vacuum systems (or the nitrogen spray). Plus it's a fun workout pumping out the air! Make sure you get the pump, too.
